• What would it be like if it felt completely natural for you to do naked yoga with other women* in a lovingly designed space?
• If you could rediscover yourself?
• If you could shed all shame and be close to yourself? To feel connected to yourself and the group?

Our ceremony awaits you:

• an Intro-Body-Connection & cocoa after a relaxed arrival and introduction (approx. 2 hours)
• a naked yoga ritual (approx. 1 hour)
• our Sharing Circle & a Get Together for integration (approx. 1 hour)
• optional photo shoot (approx. 1 hour)

Here you are invited to show yourself completely. Real, just as you are, with everything that's there.

Special: RAW shoot - for everyone who likes it. Show yourself as you are and how you feel. With 1 free picture for you if you want to be photographed.

Afterwards: Integration call approx. 1 week after the event to integrate even better what you have experienced and to share your new being with the other participants and, if helpful, to ask questions or to feel caught up with all the emotions that are there, everything is allowed to be.

All you need is the courage to meet yourself and the group with curiosity and openness.

• This workshop is initially only offered for women.
• It is exclusively a sensual and not a sexual space.
