Sara Lily Perez Gallery is pleased to present "The Sky Was Never Meant to Hold Us", a duo exhibition featuring works by Christiane Grimm and John Vitale. This immersive show invites visitors to experience the intersection of material, light, rhythm and perception, where the boundaries between form and dissolution, weight and weightlessness, color and sound remain in a constant state of flux. Through their respective artistic practices, Grimm and Vitale explore the boundaries of materiality and perception, using techniques that encourage movement, shifting perspectives and a constantly evolving engagement with their works.
