GUEST PERFORMANCE - DEPOT 2

Kelvin Kilonzo, dancer and ensemble member at Schauspiel Köln, and Pablo Gīw, musician and performer, create a multidisciplinary evening that combines film, performance and live music. In the film DYSCHRONIA (2023), produced together with media artist Maurits Boettger (1990-2023), they create a dark visual anthropology that opens up spaces beyond the classic concept of man and civilization. What new figures of thought emerge when we no longer focus solely on a human perspective? What can be observed when non-human life forms such as birds or a landscape appear as protagonists?

The film DYSCHRONIA, which will be shown as part of THE UTMOST DEGREE, was made with the support of the Akademie der Künste with funds from the Federal Government Commissioner for Culture and the Media as part of the NEUSTART KULTUR program.
