THE VICES consist of Floris van Luijtelaar (vocals/guitar), Simon Bleeker (bass), Jonathan Kruizenga (guitar/keys) and Mathijs Louwsma (drums). The band was formed to embody the essence of their unconventional characters and the concept of "vice" itself.

The band's name, THE VICES, celebrates these flaws and idiosyncrasies as essential to their artistic identity. Their captivating presence at the UK's legendary Great Escape Festival, renowned for its dynamic mix of emerging talent and industry icons, underlines their growing influence. THE VICES have also wowed audiences across Europe, with energetic performances at renowned festivals such as Sziget, Pinkpop, Best Kept Secret and more, impressing their fellow artists with their headlining shows in front of thousands of people. Their festival appearances in the US, including a notable performance at SXSW in Austin, also emphasize their growing influence on the music scene. Building on their festival success, THE VICES have taken their electrifying performance across North America on a far-reaching 26-city tour.

The band is also taking bold steps and experimenting with special projects that go beyond traditional promotion. For example, they played their debut album on a boat and organized their own festival: ViceFest. After winning a pop grant of 10,000 euros, the band began to expand the festival internationally: The big ViceFest takes place in their hometown of Groningen and is also exported to London, Antwerp, Budapest and Berlin.

THE VICES are already in the starting blocks to thrill audiences on their upcoming European tour and present their eagerly awaited new album "Before It Might Be Gone".
