Theaterimprovisation und Achtsamkeit: Theaterfiguren

In the organizer's words:

A theater character is defined by its characteristics and its perceptible signs. A field of tension opens up between what one wants and believes to portray as a character and what is perceived from the outside. The clarity of the signs and the accuracy of the representation make up the presence of the theater character. This requires, on the one hand, paying close attention to what you are playing as a character and, on the other hand, developing mindfulness, which allows you to observe and perceive yourself while playing.

Through exercises and improvisations, the workshop will attempt to strengthen the ability to observe and be mindful in relation to the development of a theater character.
