THEATRON 2025: DEF MAMA DEF & KRUDXS CUBENSI & LA LUCIA, LEOLEX & L ONE

In the organizer's words:

The cozy atmosphere and free admission to the THEATRON MUSIKSOMMER have been attracting numerous visitors to the Seebühne stage in the Olympic Park for decades. And the Feierwerk is also back in August with a varied live program, this year even on 14 days. So pack your picnic blankets and enjoy the concerts on the steps in front of the Olympic Lake. You'll have the best view of the stage. You can relax and unpack your snack or enjoy the many stalls on the grounds. We look forward to seeing you!

The acts

Def Mama Def

Def Mama Def - the RnB goddess Defa from St. Louis & the rapper Mamy Victory from Dakar are currently shaking up the African music scene: They are accompanied by Baay Sooley, former member of the legendary band Positive Black Soul, exceptional dancer, choreographer and producer. At their first appearance in Munich, they will weave a firework of reflected raps, electro and African music styles such as Amapiano, Kuduro, Mbalax and Afrobeat into a powerful pan-African vision of the future.

Krudxs Cubensi

The legendary duo Odaymar and Oli of Krudxs Cubensi from Cuba, based in the USA, combine activism with rap, African Latin beats, roots & trap to create a clear inclusive message for women, POCs, queer & trans people. Krudx's Cubensi use their music as a mouthpiece, combining their sharp, decolonial rhymes and driving beats into a danceable revolution.

La Lucia, LeoLex & L One

La Lucía, LeoLex and L One are part of the Munich rap crew C'est La Nuit and the music collective FASTFORWARD. In their tracks, they combine personal insights with social criticism: topics such as gentrification, repression and the pressure to perform in the affluent city are just as much a focus as the desire for community, solidarity and alternative lifestyles.
