THEATRON 2025: INSSCHLOSSWOLLEN, POPCORN MOLECULE & NIA WOLF

In the organizer's words:

The cozy atmosphere and free admission to the THEATRON MUSIKSOMMER have been attracting numerous visitors to the Seebühne stage in the Olympic Park for decades. And the Feierwerk is also back in August with a varied live program, this year even on 14 days. So pack your picnic blankets and enjoy the concerts on the steps in front of the Olympic Lake. You'll have the best view of the stage. You can relax and unpack your snack or enjoy the many stalls on the grounds. We look forward to seeing you!

The acts

INSSCHLOSSWOLLEN

INSSCHLOSSWOLLEN is the solo project of Max Weigl. With his danceable "moustache indie", he makes a plea against inner-city traffic, flying (unless you're a bumblebee) and for Fridays for Future demos...although? Actually, it's more about drunk crushing, slow kissing and the everyday heartaches of a young-adult life. Melancholic Lovesongs against Climate Change!!!

Just like on the record, INSSCHLOSSWOLLEN is above all a live trio that shakes your legs with Quirin Schacherl on bass and Lisa Gottlieb on drums. (Source: Bandinfo)

POPCORN MOLECULE

Founded in Eichstätt in 2020 and initially booked as a nameless wedding band, it quickly became clear that the four guys (alternative first line-up) could become more. They proved this in 2022 with the release of their debut track"Don't Let Yourself Down", which received around 4,000 streams on Spotify within the first four weeks.

When the formation finally grew to its current strength in 2023 with its new drummer, the next releases followed until the band was able to celebrate its debut EP"RECIPE" in April 2024. Since then, POPCORN MOLECULE have been part of the program at many (mainly student) venues and festivals in Bavaria. (Source: Bandinfo)

NIA WOLF

NIA WOLF is a four-piece indie pop band from Munich, whose playful guitars, polyphonic vocals and warm, organic sound are reminiscent of the timelessness of "Fleetwood Mac". Their style combines lightness with depth, catchiness with emotional clarity.

Thematically, NIA WOLF stand for female empowerment, self-determination and a fine sense for nuances - packaged in songs that touch, move and have a long-lasting effect. (Source: band info)
