THEATRON MUSIKSOMMER 2025: JAMARAM & ANNALU & SHAVEZ

The cozy atmosphere and free admission to the THEATRON MUSIKSOMMER have been attracting numerous visitors to the lake stage in the Olympic Park for decades. And the Feierwerk is also back in August with a varied live program, this year even on 14 days from 11 to 24 August. So pack your picnic blankets and enjoy the concerts on the steps in front of the Olympic Lake - with the best view of the stage. You can relax and unpack your snack there or enjoy the many stalls on the grounds. And of course dance 🙂 We look forward to seeing you!

The acts

JAMARAM

JAMARAM, the reggae eight-piece that has been considered unsinkable since it was founded at the turn of the millennium, with thousands of live shows under its belt, is far from flat!

Join JAMARAM (meets Jahcoustix) live & direct against the death of clubs and festivals, against courtship on cell phones and couch potatoes with dope, booze and Netflix.

The band stands for peace, cosmopolitanism and respect, against war, intolerance and isolation.

Without borders and walls - colorful diversity and joie de vivre, in real life as well as in music.

This can be heard on the current release"Morning". The 9 tracks, available on vinyl, were created together with long-term homie and reggae veteran Jahcoustix and deal with isolation through social media, propaganda and shouting, while at the same time using highly abbreviated but highly emotionalized discourses, leaving the beaten track and changing perspectives, that it is always worth fighting for something you stand behind. The message remains positive, in the end it's about treating the planet and each other well as human beings, on a small and large scale.

The traveling circus of reggae & rock'n'roll, on the road for 23 years on the stages of Europe, Africa and South America, rides the genre rollercoaster without ever becoming arbitrary.

As usual, the stunning live show offers bass-heavy modern roots, dubwise, afrobeat, hip hop and urban grooves, with a massive impact on the legs, sauna and escalation guaranteed. ANNALU & SHAVEZ

World music is how ANNALU & SHAVEZ prefer to describe their musical style. They sing in several languages and have developed their very own, unmistakable style as a duo while traveling through different countries together.

Their time in South America in particular, where they were mostly on the road as street artists, now brings the authentic feeling of freedom, longing and adventurousness of their travels to concert halls. Their music is cheerful, emotional, full of fire, passion and joie de vivre.

An evening with ANNALU & SHAVEZ loosens every hip, gets the pulse racing and occasionally leaves no eye dry. (Source: band info)
