The acts

ZERBO

Munich's most peculiar band has invented something highly entertaining from Delta Blues, Hard Rock and a scoop of New German Wave, which might one day be called "New German Blues".

Zerberstian (guitar, bass) and Other (vocals, harp, theremin) smoked cigarettes together after school and tasted success in the nineties with German crossover hopefuls "Hifi Mama" (including support for "Rage Against The Machine"). Finally, in 2019, the return to the sound of the first cigarettes: ZERBO.

In 2022, drummer and percussionist Vieti Vieten, who previously played for Glenn Frey, Die Happy, Pete York and the Cyber Space Hippies (including support for "AC/DC"), joined the band.

ZERBO stands for intense live shows with the highest entertainment value. So far, the Munich-based indie label Schaufel & Besen Records has released the vinyl album"Zwischen 0+1" (2022), the EP"Lieber Bot" (2024) and the album"Mit schönem Gruß der Direktion" (2025). (Source: Bandinfo)

DIGITAL CARBS

Songs between dream and reality, between intimacy and alienation, between gray mining towns and a society fat on digital carbohydrates. From the solo beginnings of bassist and singer Johannes Rest, DIGITAL CARBS has developed into an insider tip in the Munich alt-rock scene.

Their debut album"Are We Taking It Slowly", released in 2022, recently reached the milestone of over 150,000 streams on Spotify. With one album and two EPs in their repertoire, the quartet didn't give themselves a break in 2025 and put all their energy into a new long-playing record, which will be released this fall.
It is called"Oh Hedonism" and is characterized by the worsening conditions in the world and an increasingly divided society. This time, however, the tried-and-tested "Carb" dystopia is mixed with radical surrealism. Is it daydreaming or an escape from reality when the fish fly towards the sun and the marmots bury you alive? Initially beautifully decorated, the musical canvases are soon torn down in delusion. It remains an up and down, both emotionally and compositionally, which has become something of a trademark for the group. (Source: Bandinfo)

AUTODELETE

AUTODELETE have crawled out of the rubble and still inhabited ruins of other Munich bands. And as it should be for women in ruins, Dede (drums, voc), Daniel (bass) and Flo (git) do not try to come to terms with the past, but rather work on making the present and ultimately their own existence bearable with the means of joyful collective self-extinction.

Their backgrounds in sometimes disreputable musical genres serve them well in boiling up a hard-boiled punk soup of garage rock, rumbling and ibuprofen in the here and now. (Source: band info)
