Therapy Night

Sometimes you don't need a big occasion, just a safe space and open ears.
Our Therapy Night is not about solutions, but about sharing, listening and being there.

Are you struggling with something, feeling overwhelmed or just want to talk about what you can't find space for? Then this is the right place for you.

In a small group, we create a protected atmosphere in which you can share your thoughts if you wish. Or just be there and listen.
