"Three and a Half" is not only the name, but also the concept of this formation, consisting of three (and a half) musicians from three (and a half) continents who came together in Munich. The English-German saxophonist and bassist Edi May, the Colombian guitarist Óscar Mosquera and the American drummer Nathan Carruthers. Through this unusual line-up and mixture of different countries and musical cultures, "Three and a Half" has invented a unique style that combines elements of jazz and rock with punk, noise, techno and free improvisation. With our energetic stage presence and a wide repertoire of original songs, we always manage to carry the audience away and create an unforgettable atmosphere.
