In the organizer's words:

Today is an exciting day for Rabbit Bellhop - his first day as a bellboy has finally arrived. With his perfectly fitting uniform and the rules of the bellboy handbook in his head, nothing can really go wrong.

But when the hotel manager calls in a panicked voice and gives him his job, Bellhop starts to feel uneasy. The boss's absence could have something to do with the soon-to-arrive guest - a grumpy bear who wants to spend his hibernation in the hotel.

The bear makes two demands of Bellhop: firstly, he is to hatch a hen's egg so that the bear has breakfast after hibernation, and secondly, he is not to disturb the bear's sleep under any circumstances.

But that's just the beginning of the chaos. Not only are the bear and the soon-to-hatch chick in the hotel, but also Inspector Falke, who is on the hunt for smugglers and has the hotel in his sights. And when a dubious trio of raccoon siblings turn up and declare themselves the cleaning crew, the chaos is perfect.

How will Bellhop manage to find the lost chick, tame the raccoons and not become a bear's breakfast himself?
