One thing is certain: melancholic songs don't make you sad. They make you happy. Because they comfort and warm. Because they counter our world that has gone off the rails. Because they don't want to put up with the fact that our world is in the hands of psychopaths who can't think of anything other than bashing each other's heads in.
After this melancholy, humorous and feather-light evening, the deep conviction remains: If this is the result of sadness, then I can confidently let myself fall into it. With the quiet ulterior motive: the funny ones, they meet all the time. They go to parties, stand in front of each other, look at each other, snort and in no time at all there are seven of them. Without any sex. The sad ones, the shy ones, the thoughtful ones, they stay alone.

Tina Teubner and Ben Süverkrüp are of the opinion that things can't go on like this. Sad people of all countries, unite. Get together. Fall in love. Why not directly in Tina and Ben's performance? An evening for all those who know the beauty of melancholy. Who have understood that humor and sadness are not contradictory. And above all for those who have died of love and still have to go on living.
