ELECTRONICA - CLASSICAL MUSIC - CHAMBER POP

At the interface between classical music, electronica and experimental pop, the phenomenon of toechter (DE/DK) unfolds in such a way that Rolling Stone described the result as the "Future of Music". Katrine Grarup Elbo, Lisa Marie Vogel and Marie-Claire Schlameus use only analog sound sources such as violin, viola, cello and voices, which are processed electronically. The result is a completely unique, new style and simply interesting, beautiful music.

After toechter's debut album "Zephyr" had already been awarded the German Record Critics' Award, the album "Epic Wonder" followed, which was released in February 2024 on the Berlin label Morr Music. Another step by the trio to rediscover the world of stringed instruments.

toechter has performed on a wide variety of stages and festivals - such as Silent Green, Vienna Volkstheater, Theater des Westens, Theater im Pfalzbau as well as at Fusion and the Playground Festival at the Deutsche Oper Berlin - and reflects the diversity of their fans. Fans of classical music, electronica as well as pop fans love their music.
