In the organizer's words:

Reagan ''Sugar Rae'' Dikilu is a dancer, choreographer and a leading figure in urban dance. Born in Congo, he is a multiple world champion in street dance and an ambassador for hip-hop culture. From 2008 to 2018, Rae organized the first hip-hop dance festival in Aachen, EY YO. He has performed on theater stages and can be seen in the feature film Streetdance 2. Sugar Rae has also appeared as a dancer on German television on TV Total and as a choreographer on Masters Of Dance.

In 2019, Sugar Rae founded ROCK SPOT, an initiative to promote urban dance culture in Germany. Since hip-hop culture is one of the youngest (dance) cultures in history and one of the most far-reaching art movements of recent decades, it is particularly important to strengthen the community and the collective idea and to enable participation. ROCK SPOT is therefore an initiative in the field of cultural education and primarily serves the aspects of movement, creativity and individual personality development.
