TONALi Festival "Trio ECHO"

In the organizer's words:

An echo describes the delayed return of a sound event through reflection. No source, no echo. Without action, no reflection. The three musicians of Trio Echo understand new music as an echo of our time. It reflects on our coexistence, events and structures. It is just as complex as our time.

Fasshauer, Prill and Trivunovic, specialists on double bass, saxophone and accordion respectively, have been at home in new music for years, playing at renowned festivals and with major ensembles. The usual.

For them, sound is the echo of the present. It is what fascinates at the end of the day; what provides information about those structures. Be it in the work, in society or in the ensemble itself. The central question remains: What does our time sound like?
