The opera classic becomes a gripping thriller: mercilessly put to the test, Tosca must decide what she still believes in. Sinéad Campbell Wallace from Ireland can be seen in the title role, and it is not only as Tosca that she has conquered the world's great stages from Paris to Toronto. The International May Festival will also feature the celebrated Italian tenor Stefano La Colla as Cavaradossi and the Italian baritone Lucio Gallo, in demand in renowned opera houses worldwide, as Scarpia in Wiesbaden.
