Tosca Kohberg: A New Chapter

DulsArt shows the exhibition "A New Chapter" by Tosca Kohberg
from August 8-22, 2025.

Tosca describes herself as a survival artist who has had to overcome a number of situations in her life.
Sometimes as a bar owner on the Reeperbahn, then she had a carpet cleaning business and also a food truck. Everything she did was just to survive.
However, her difficult childhood and her Roma roots fostered her creativity.

In 2018, Tosca fell ill and everything changed. She was suddenly confined to her home; bored, she started painting. This ignited her passion and she found something she had never sought: solace, self-reflection, coming to terms with the past, the journey to herself and ultimately healing.

Tosca on painting: "The love of my life. My paintings tell the different processes of my life. "A New Chapter" shows the time after change, the peace I have made with the new me and the positive view of life.
