Tour Trawün des Duo‘s Violeta

NATALIA ÁLVAREZ & MATILDE MÉNDEZ
The two Chilean pianists have been working as a piano duo for four hands since 2023 to promote Chilean and Latin American music and to research and present compositions by European authors.
They have already performed on stages such as the Piano Centrum in Leipzig, the Fest der Welt in Polenz and the Evangelisch Freikirchliche Gemeinde in Berlin. Their repertoire includes works inspired by the compositions of Violeta Parra, Víctor Jara and Inti Illimani, as well as pieces from the European music tradition. They also champion composers such as Santiago Vera-Rivera, Guillermo Frick and others.
The concert is part of the Trawün tour to spread the diversity of Chilean, Latin American and European music and bring this sound spectrum to a new audience. @duo.violeta.piano
