TRAITRS are a Toronto-based band consisting of Sean-Patrick Nolan and Shawn Tucker. The two musicians have been friends for a long time and Traitrs was formed in mid-2015. Initially conceptualizing the band primarily as a recording project, they quickly assembled a collection of demos that caught the attention of Toronto producer Josh Korody (Dilly Dally, Beliefs, Moon King, Fucked Up) and began working with him during sessions at his Candle Studios in January 2016. Under Korody's guidance, the band set about expanding their sound, adding textural depth to their arrangements and weight to their rhythm section, instantly transforming their stripped-down home recordings into a collection of driving, goth-influenced post-punk. Reminiscent of acts like Sisters of Mercy, Bauhaus and Cure from the Pornography era.

TWIN NOIR is a Berlin-based post-punk/wave/EBM artist duo consisting of Cody Barcelona (vocals, electronics, guitar) and Ian Volt (vocals, bass), presents their 11 song debut album "2 Punks and a Tape Machine. ". The music of TWIN NOIR oscillates between technoid sounding tones and open wide spheres with melodic moments, paired with satirical-dadaistic lyrics in German.

TWIN NOIR's sound is largely shaped by an analog tape machine, a sampler, guitars and a theremin. These tools are used to creatively present their own punk style: technoid beats, driving basslines and a guitar that ranges from clean and spherical to distorted and biting. TWIN NOIR's influences range from the German electronic pioneers KRAFTWERK or DAF to the EBM and techno scene to the punk and rock of the 70s to 90s.
