Transsylvanians

In the organizer's words:

The Transsylvanians were founded in 1995 by the Hungarian András Tiborcz in Berlin.
Since then, the Transsylvanians have been presenting traditional Hungarian music with violins, double bass, guitar, accordion and drums as "hungarian speed folk" - passionate, punky, danceable. This is where Béla Bartók meets rock riffs. Rap crosses with ska elements.
Electric guitar and drums mix with gypsy folk. And a devil's violinist drives everything to ecstasy.

The spirited mixture and their inimitable style make the band a live music experience at their countless concerts throughout Europe. Everyone can see that the dynamic band enjoys thrilling their diverse audience.

They break the ice between the stage and the audience in a rousing and powerful way, and it rarely takes more than half a song before the whole room is dancing.
