Trio Atemporal con La Silva

In the organizer's words:

When three guitarists live under one roof and are also father and son, this inevitably leads to extensive jam sessions, usually in the kitchen. Time overrides the ticking of the clock and the number of coffees, the generation gap and the different musical styles and eras.

In this atmosphere of timeless rehearsals, the most diverse ideas merge into unique compositions. Holger Schönwald (father), Fabian and Ascan Tünnermann (sons) have been working together since 2016 to form the trio of timelessness, the "Trio Atemporal". Spanish guitar music and flamenco dance: special sounds in the Christianskirche.

The trio plays flamenco music influenced by jazz and classical music. Inspiration and ideas flow in from different generations, creating unique compositions that range from traditional flamenco pieces to swinging rumbas. "La Silva" rounds off the program with dance interludes and castanet playing.
