In July, the acclaimed Danish musician and poet Elias Rønnenfelt will be a guest at Haus der Kunst as part of TUNE. He will present two concerts and give an artist talk.
Rønnenfelt is known as the frontman of the punk band Iceage. In 2024, he released his first solo album Heavy Glory, which combines Americana influences with raw, introspective songwriting. In it, he explores themes such as loss, longing and the search for meaning. In addition to his musical work, Rønnenfelt is also a published lyricist and collaborated with artist Elizabeth Peyton on his book Sunken Heights.
