TWERK DANCE - OPEN CLASS

Twerking Open Dance Class for beginners / intermediates.

This class is open to everyone, welcoming beginners and intermediate dancers alike. Hosted within a stunning art club, it amplifies the creative experience and community feeling.

‍

We offer individualized instruction with small groups of up to 8 people, focusing on exploring various styles through movement and music.

‍

In this class You will learn the basics of twerk dancing, where it comes from, the basic steps and positions we use and a sequence to practice.

It's going to be an intense and fun training, that will connect Yourself with Your body and Your inner power, to the rhythm of Latin American music.

‍

Just bring comfortable and loose pants, shorts or hot pants, and a bottle of water. Knee pads are not a must, but would definitively help.

WHAT DO YOU NEED:

Shoes to dance in and not too warm clothing (you will sweat ;) ).

Knee pads recommended.

Beginner to Intermediate.
