Under the motto "Voices without borders", the Ulme35 choir sings songs from all over the world, bringing cultures together. Our repertoire includes our own compositions by choirmaster Omar Znkawan, classical pieces of Western and Oriental music as well as songs from pop, jazz and folk in various languages. Some of the languages we sing in: Arabic, German, English, Georgian, Italian, Croatian, Persian, Swedish, Tagalog, Zulu. We present our new pieces at the summer concert. In addition to a cappella interpretations, we will be accompanied by the international Omar Znkawan Band. They will also play some instrumental pieces with clarinet, saxophone, kanun, double bass, piano and percussion. Everyone in the audience is welcome to sing along with us on the last piece.
The Ulme35 choir is an open choir with and for people from Westend and beyond. We are always happy to welcome new voices!
Free admission.
