Und jetzt, ich!

In the organizer's words:

In the play club: "And now, me!", children aged 10-13 will deal with questions such as: "What makes me special?", "Where do I fit in?" and "Do I have to fit in somewhere?". Questions that play a particularly important role as they grow up. Within this play club, the children get to know the theater as a space of experience in which they can create and give free rein to their imagination. The children learn small principles of directing and are allowed to try their hand at performing on stage. The focus is on each child taking responsibility for the whole group and finding the courage to implement their own ideas. Everyone should have the opportunity to try out their artistic skills on and behind the stage, share their experiences and talk about themselves. An empowering play club that focuses on both the group and the individual children.

We place particular emphasis on the participation of BIPoc and children with personal or family migration histories and invite everyone to tell their stories.
