"OI+IO"
Circus walk
The movements and dynamics of objects in space are the main protagonists: a broom, a drum cymbal, a pyramid, a stick, a table and a plethora of diabolo bowls. They all find a place for their own performance. For a short time, they come to life, as if by magic. And so begins a circus-like, Dadaist course, which two jugglers keep going via string systems. Everything spins, wobbles, dances, swings - and sometimes makes noise. Between art installation and performance, the audience finds its way from action to action, from place to place, and follows the action from close up or from a distance.

Müller&Müller (Switzerland/Germany/France)
Roman Müller revolutionized juggling during his active time as a diabolo virtuoso. In 2015, he founded the cirqu' festival in Aarau and in just a few years developed it into an internationally recognized meeting place for contemporary circus art. Jörg Müller moves in the space between circus, dance, performance and music - whether as a soloist or in a group, he acts as a border crosser far removed from the mainstream. With their first joint work "OI+IO" under the name Müller&Müller, they focus on the movement and dynamics of the objects, which thus become the central protagonists of the performance.
