A magical neighborhood. The owners of a bourgeois apartment building on the outskirts of the city are completely overwhelmed by the arrival of their new neighbor Giacomo Rossi. The rumor mill is buzzing; he is probably a sensitive count, a wanted mafioso, a lovesick singer or a Casanova. The strangely dressed visitors of the new neighbor make things even worse and, as if that wasn't enough, strange noises can be heard coming from the apartment. Uncertainty about the new neighbor forces the disparate community to act together and tempts the residents into daring observation tactics - only to discover that the truth is far more dazzling, enriching and exciting than their preconceptions were.

Which reality is the true one? Are we really objective observers? How are opinions formed?
The result is a play that juggles with our thought constructs, makes the puppets dance and brings the naked truth to the stage.
