Formulate hypotheses, conduct user interviews, prepare simple tests in Figma

Immerse yourself with us in the world of UX research basics - live, hands-on and directly on site at our SuperCode office & event space in Düsseldorf. This workshop is aimed at anyone who not only wants to create design, but also understand it: Who are the users? What do they really need? And how do I find out systematically?

What you can expect:

- UX research explained in an understandable way - we will show you as a designer how to formulate your own hypotheses, plan targeted user interviews and derive valuable insights from conversations.
- Using Figma for simple tests - you will learn how to create prototypes from your design that you can use directly in the user test.
- Interactive workshop - no long lectures, just exercises, discussions and practical examples.

In our 3-hour on-site workshop, you will learn

- How to formulate UX hypotheses and develop interview guidelines from them
- What to consider when conducting qualitative interviews
- How to prepare usability-oriented tests with simple means
- How to use Figma prototypes specifically for user feedback

Objectives of the workshop:

- You will understand how research can make your design work more targeted and well-founded- You will learn methods that you can apply directly in projects- You will gain initial experience in planning and conducting small UX research units

Note: The workshop is particularly suitable for (aspiring) UX/UI designers with some Figma knowledge but no prior knowledge of UX research.
