In the organizer's words:

In this cooking course, you will join event chef Lea on a vegan world tour with a total of four stops. Together you will dive into a world of different flavors that will turn the prepared vegan food into an explosion of taste and at the same time represent the eating habits of the different countries.

From Korea, Eastern Europe and Morocco to Turkey, you will cook your way through the evening with us at Marieneck, enjoy good vegan food in good company and take away inspiration for your vegan diet at home.

We want to break with the idea that a vegan diet is bland and merely the absence of meat on the plate. With good ingredients and a few smart flavors, you can conjure up lots of delicious dishes.

All our courses include drinks - aperitifs, water, soft drinks, beer, wine - the menu, the host and a loaner apron.
