In the windows of a breakfast room, where people stop in and rest their heads on water-soluble book spines, five publishing authors put themselves on display - Vero Artibilova shows us character studies in almond form, Selin Erdogan tells us about the end that was yesterday, Stella de Cadente jumps clocked outlines in her prose and Anton M. Moser teaches us screentime. Provided by bookhotel Leipzig, interior design by Verlag Rotscheibe. Independent of the belly of the marketed book fair beast, the independent master bookmakers and publishers show their teeth, enamel sharpened by orange juice, coffee black, grappa white and cigarette gray, they allow themselves to be examined; the audience is allowed to do so. And opens up the discussion space for cooperative ideas of book production, for new ways of connecting author-publisher-reader and other constructs that lead to the "enclosures of the future" sung about by Sebastian Schmidt (parasitenpresse, Cologne), where the "we" meets.
