VERNISSAGE: BOUND – The Unfolding

Vernissage: Dasha Minkina - BOUND - The Unfolding

"I no longer want to fit in. I want to unfold. "

The opening of her solo exhibition BOUND - The Unfolding also marks the release of her first monograph BOUND - In Search of Belonging (icon Verlag) - an art book about belonging, connectedness and the struggle to find one's place in the world.

In a sensual and poetic staging of painting, textiles and installation, Minkina explores the theme of attachment in a psychological and existential sense: between closeness and isolation, body and space, self and society. Her works show identity in transition - skin, color, silence become carriers of inner states.

The exhibition opens up a space for resonance, reflection and quietly allowing oneself to be touched.
