With the exhibition "LAST YEARS" the artist Dominika Egerer presents her artistic work of the last years. Her works focus on painting and the path to it. She values the imperfect and the simple, the essential. Her working method can be described as Japanese wabi-sabi. According to the artist, omitting demands more from her than adding. Despite the simplicity and mindfulness, Dominika Egerer works very powerfully. This is not a contradiction for her, as the challenge is to find a balance between deliberate stillness and the potential energy that she channels into her work.
