... is what gives Hasina Khan's works their surprising versatility and makes them so special. Mastering a wide variety of techniques, the artist overcomes boundaries with great curiosity and a love of experimentation and combines them into a harmonious whole. Her artistic journey began with photography, which still plays a central role in her work today. In addition to the traditional photographic technique of cyanotype and abstract painting, she is particularly dedicated to encaustic - an ancient technique in which melted beeswax and pigments merge to create fascinating, tactile surfaces. Through the interplay of structure, color and light, she creates works that can be experienced both visually and tactilely. Curiosity, spontaneity, provoking and allowing for results, drive Hasina to constantly create new works in her Mainz studio. Her name stands for creative fusion - ArtFusion Hasina
