It was back in 2017 when ambition and motivation came together in a stuffy rehearsal room that resembled a gloomy bunker and a new flowering of German-language rock came to fruition. Today, six years later and with three albums already in their inventory, the name V.E.R.S.U.S. is emblazoned on various large festival posters. As dark and hostile as the birthplace of this band may have been, the four men Chris, Sascha, Nils & Daniel around frontman Nils Baloun blossom live on stage today!

The recipe for the band V.E.R.S.U.S.'s success to date is as simple as it is ingenious. The mix of modern German rock and the influence from Papa's 80s rock record collection, as well as a pinch of cheeky humor, results today in "handmade Gut Sach Rock'n'Roll" from the heart of the world, from the city of skyscrapers and contrasts, from Frankfurt am Main. V.E.R.S.U.S. build bridges. With a firm grip on the old virtues of rock'n'roll, a big mouth and the "fuck it" attitude necessary for today's madness, the band connects people from the most diverse directions, touches them, motivates them, makes them laugh and... kicks their asses properly!
