Emerging from the visceral depths of Berlin’s storied underground in 1997, DisX3 was conceived as the inaugural project of acclaimed producer Alexander Kowalski. Quickly distinguishing himself through precision-driven live sets and a stripped-down, machine-oriented approach to performance, the project functioned as a creative crucible for Kowalski’s early explorations in sound. DisX3 embodies a fearless approach to techno—eschewing convention in favor of innovation. With seminal releases on venerated imprints such as Tresor Records, Konsequent Records, Lost Episodes, and Out Of Place, the project has etched its mark into the annals of electronic music history. On August 2nd, Disx3 returns to the ROBUS floor and is joined by Adriana Lopez, DJ Dextro and Ana RS while the SUMME floor is helmed by DJ Spit, Amor Satyr and more.
