Together with the artist Susanne Pirklbauer, I am giving a vision board workshop with Cacao Ceremony at the end of the year ✨🎨🧘🏼‍♀️☕️

The workshop includes:

MEDITATION & MOVEMENT ✨
Through gentle movements, pranayama (breathing practice) and meditation, we get in touch with our heart space and explore our wishes & visions for the new year!

CACAO CEREMONY ✨
The spirit of Mama Cacao opens our heart and helps us to see visions more clearly. It supports us in entering into a deep connection and promotes the creative process.

YOUR VISION BOARD ✨
Together with Susi, we give expression to our visions and put our wishes and goals on paper. Head off, heart on - bring your dreams to life through your creativity!
