Press reviews

Press quotes on the album Haus:

"...so coherent, eloquent, sensitive, artfully meandering and yet to the point, as perhaps last heard in this country from Maike Rosa Vogel.... Germany is supposed to be the land of poets and thinkers. according to HAUS, it is at least the land of a poet and thinker." Musikexpress

"... a lyrical epic of voices, guitars and a little percussion." Rolling Stone

"Nichtseattle poses the social question tenderly, even if her gentle rock songs can be nasty... Everything breathes here, and like any truly successful album, the music itself can also tell of its model of longing, of the themes in the lyrics or of an attitude that you have to work on, be it doubting your own moral rigor." zeit.de
