In the organizer's words:

In "From Scream to Movement", Chilean choreographer Andrea Lagos Neumann, together with Felipe González Berríos, Florencia Lagos Neumann, Lola Villegas Fragoso and Rebecca Mary Narum, asks a fundamental question: how can we hear the voices of the FLINTA* community (women, lesbians, intersex, non-binary, trans and agender people), who have often been silenced throughout history?

Through dance, music, video and embroidery, a powerful archive of memory and resistance is created, keeping alive the testimonies of survivors of Latin American dictatorships (1970-1990). At a time when democracy is under threat worldwide, the question arises: how can we prevent these stories from being silenced again?

From Scream to Movement offers more than a performance - it is an invitation to actively engage with the past and to question what responsibility we bear today for justice and remembrance. An appeal that is more urgent now than ever before.
