This Sunday tour takes you to the most important musical instruments in our museum. From the rankett to the saxophone, from an almost 500-year-old clavichord to the modern grand piano, from music automatons to electric instruments, we embark on a journey through the history of musical instruments. We will take a look at which instruments were played by whom, which types of instruments were popular when and what was built and played specifically here in Leipzig and Saxony.
The meeting point is in the foyer of the GRASSI opposite the ticket office.
