Neshama is the Hebrew word for "soul" and, according to the mystical tradition of Kabbalah, one of the five levels of the soul in Jewish thought. The other levels are Nefesh (the lowest, bound level of life), Ruach (the spirit), Chaya (life) and Yechida (unity with God).

Mirna Funk talks to her guest about Neshama - the soul level, which represents the intellectual and spiritual consciousness, the connection to the higher and sacred.
