Be inspired by the impressive landscapes of Bolivia. The explorer Alcide Dessalines d'Orbigny described this variety of natural spectacles as a synthesis of the world. You too can experience this unique country in a cross-section. You start in the highest seat of government in the world - La Paz. This fascinating city is surrounded by snow-covered mountains and lies at an altitude of 3,800 m!
From here you then head to Lake Titicaca, the highest navigable lake in the world. From the pilgrimage site of Copacabana, you will reach the island of the sun by boat. The snow-capped Cordillera Real mountains, a high mountain range in the Andes highlands, can already be seen in the distance. Enjoy the pictures from the ascent of the beautifully shaped Pequeno Alpamayo and the fantastic view of the countless mountain peaks and down into the jungle.
You then fly to Uyuni. Discover the northern Atacama Desert by four-wheel drive vehicle. One highlight follows another, such as the Verde and Blanca lagoons, the Licancabur volcano and the "Thermas de Polques" thermal springs. Experience the play of colors in the "Salvador Dali" desert, visit the Sol de Manana geyser field and set up camp on the banks of the Laguna Colorada. Here, at what is probably the most beautiful lagoon in the Altiplano highlands, you will see flamingos searching for food in the blood-red water.
