Between meadows and young forests, this species-rich habitat is now at the height of its splendor. Along the paths, we discover not only rare and protected species, but also invasive neophytes.
We will walk between the "pillars of the forest" to explore exciting questions about alluvial forests and their importance for the plant and animal species concerned. We will be on the lookout for special and rare plant species in this ecosystem that is worth protecting.
All the woody and herbaceous plants found on the walk will be explored together.
Insects and birds that we encounter along the way will also be carefully observed and identified.
Required equipment: weather-appropriate clothing, food, note-taking materials.
Duration and meeting point: 10 am - 1 pm, at the Nordstrand/Cospudener See parking lot / https://maps.app.goo.gl/pWcybP1no8tXUzgaA
