In the organizer's words:

As part of the Better Talking to Each Other democracy project, we want to get into conversation with citizens during this walk: How can we strengthen our democracy and live well together? What should change in Cologne? Where do we need help and local services? We want to shape democracy with YOU and implement ideas from and for Mülheim.
