Isabella Berr's works evoke the viewer's need to explore. Her works are surrounded by a mysterious aura. Her photographs attract attention by turning seeing into a detective challenge. They open up unexpected spaces of association and memory for the viewer. This gives us the freedom to escape the normal flow of perception and reflect on a new narrative inherent in the images. In a joint discussion in front of the artworks, the curator of the foundation invites viewers to approach Isabella Berr's work in an individual way and provides insights into the process of creating the works and the curatorial concept. The level behind, above and below, the intermediate space, the transition, the interpenetrating, even fluid in science, art and curation is addressed.
