Sometimes we feel just that: something is missing. And we try to compensate for it - with things that calm us down in the short term but leave us empty in the long term.
In this short, mindful workshop, we will go in search of clues together: 👉 What is really behind your everyday patterns?
👉 Which basic psychological need has just been neglected?
👉 And what could you do instead - that really nourishes you?
In a safe environment, we will explore the most common compensation strategies with exercises, sharing and reflection - and how you can find new ways to strengthen yourself. You will go home with concrete ideas and a small to-do list for the next two weeks.
And if you like, you can network with the others as a small buddy group - including access to the WhatsApp community of all previous participants.
