Neo-colonial and capitalist enclosures prevent democratic access to water resources and have a devastating impact on the global treatment of water. In the ÁGUA discussion forum on water and privatization, scientists, philosophers and activists will focus on the social and ecological effects of the exploitation of rivers, lakes, oceans and groundwater sources.
