Your Silence is Loud is a dance theater creation by internationally acclaimed director and choreographer Sagí Amir Gros and the newly founded WDTanztheater. In a world marked by extremism, this production searches for empathy and belonging and presents personal narratives through a mix of theater, physicality and dance. It emphasizes the differences between cultural identities, with the authenticity of the characters fulfilling the transformative human need for connection.

Your Silence is Loud follows a deeply personal journey through the perspective of loss and draws on Sagí Amir Gros' unique 'Physical Script' philosophy, presenting authentic artistic experiences through the embodiment of storytelling, music and physical expression.

Your Silence is Loud amplifies collective voices of hope and creates a space to navigate the complexities of life and loss together, proving that our collective voices can ring louder than silence even in the face of harsh realities.

WDTanztheater is a new artistic initiative in North Rhine-Westphalia, led by Sagí Amir Gros and József Csaba Hajzer. With a fresh and dynamic approach, WDT aims to connect diverse people, communities and artists through theater, contemporary dance and multidisciplinary practices that integrate film and music. Diversity is a core value of our practice and we often address issues of representation and inclusion to raise awareness of underrepresented stories.

The WDT is under the artistic direction of Sagí Amir Gros, an internationally acclaimed theater director and choreographer whose work has been presented at the Louvre Museum in Paris and the EYE Film Institute in Amsterdam, among others. Sagí has created works for renowned companies around the world. He also explores his self-developed artistic philosophy "Physical Script", which examines physicality in combination with film and music as a means of expression and connection between personal stories and people.
