Weddingmarkt becomes Christmas market
All Advent Sundays from 11 am - 7 pm, Leopoldplatz

Market with handmade art, design & street food Bonfire & side program

On the 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th Sundays in Advent, the Weddingmarkt will shine in wintry splendor - on 27 November, 04, 11 and 18 December 2022 from 11 am to 7 pm - in the middle of the Wed- ding district on Leopoldplatz, in front of the historic Schinkel Church (Alte Nazarethkirche).

This year, very special presents can be placed under the Christmas tree, as a visit to the Christmas Weddingmarkt promises exceptional art, design and genuine love of craftsmanship. Many Wedding labels will be showcasing the high-quality diversity of the lively district outside on Leopoldplatz.

Visitors can expect around 90 stands with design, photography, ceramics, illustrations, paintings, home accessories, furniture, jewelry, fashion, spirits, teas and much more. A total of around 200 different exhibitors will be taking part on four dates, making each visit varied and worthwhile.

There is also international street food with Swabian cheese noodles, Mexican tacos, African rice dishes, Polish bigos (Polish national dish), Italian pasta and sourdough pizza, as well as warm chestnuts and crispy wafers - everything for the discerning palate.

Mulled wine and a campfire with a "stick bread station" for the little visitors invite you to enjoy the festive atmosphere. The whole event is accompanied by an artistic side program that includes music, storytelling, choir singing and many other surprises.

As always, admission to the market is free.
