The countertenor Valer Sabadus impresses with his crystal-clear and androgynous voice - "the naturalness and coloratura he achieves up to dizzying heights is simply overwhelming" (Der Spiegel). Sabadus' musical curiosity is evident in his cross-genre programs. He comes to KAP with Christmas music between baroque, classical and modern. With a lyrical and touching voice, he will perform Italian opera arias alongside classics by great composers and English love songs. The program is complemented by an atmospheric Christmas pastoral by Heinichen and an operatic orchestral suite by Purcell. Highlights and Christmas spirit guaranteed!
